Frequently Asked Questions

What options can be added to my caravan?

Yes! Our Caravans come inclusive with the most popular selection of accessories but as our vans are entirely custom built there are a wide selection of optional extras to add to your factory build at point of purchase. For more information contact our sales team.

I have general questions, who can I contact?

For general questions regarding vehicles or orders, please contact us.

Where can I find out more about buying a caravan?

The Evernew sales team are here to help you and are a great resource to answer any questions that you might have.

Many of our customers have found a good starting point is an entry-level book or guide that covers the basics of buying and owning a caravan. One good option is the beginners' guide from well-known RV writer Collyn Rivers, "How to Choose and Buy an RV'. It's a short and easy read (less than two hours) but covers the basics well. Another option written a few years ago by another Australian writer but still highly relevant is 'Caravan Buyers Guide' by Andrew Woodmansey.

Should I do a towing course?

If your a novice caravanner and you have never towed anything bigger than a box trailer, we would highly recommend doing a towing course before you venture off on a caravan holiday. Even if you have towed a camper-trailer, towing a caravan is a completely different experience and requires specific skills, especially in an emergency.

Something to consider is that when you go to pick up your first caravan our showroom, you’re going to have to get it home which may mean driving your new Evernew Caravan in built-up areas and peak hour traffic.
